Returns
We really hope that you love your jewellery but if for any reason you do wish to return your item you are welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt, the cost to return an item is not covered by Deity Designs.

All products must be returned unworn and in the original packaging, with refunds being made in full, excluding the cost of the original postage. 

Please include your original invoice in the returns parcel or note the order number and your details so we can process the return.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item then please get in touch with us at deitydesignsuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.
